HeartSong Retreats provides individual family and professional caregivers support and opportunities for renewal.
They also provide support services to the staff and volunteers of Professional Caregiver Organizations.

 The Alzheimer's Association Colorado Chapter is the premier source of information and support for over
63,000 Coloradoans with Alzheimer's disease.
 Ingrid Elfver, a personal discovery author, artist, and teacher. As founder of Simply
Authentic, Ingrid helps others empower their unique and powerful Authentic Self.
 Arc of Denver, Inc. is a membership association dedicated to advocating with people with
developmental disabilities in the pursuit of social justice and community participation.
 In its sixth decade of regional service, the Denver Regional Council of Governments is proud of
its focus on quality-of-life issues. These include mobility, service to older adults, environmental concerns, planning for the future, public safety,
and the provision of information for sound decision-making.
 Easter Seals provides services to children and adults with disabilities and other special needs,
and support to their families.
 Ice Dynamics is a conditioning program in injury prevention and fitness for the
competitive figure skater. Training developed by Ice Dynamics is designed to initiate good conditioning habits and improve the total performance of skaters at

 The Center for People with Disabilities provides resources, information, and advocacy
to assist people with disabilities in overcoming barriers to independent living. CPWD is a private, nonprofit agency in Boulder, CO.

 The mission of Special Olympics Colorado (SOCO) is to provide year-round
sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, eight years of age
and older, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts,
skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes and the community.

 The Arthritis Foundation is the only national

The National Eye Institute conducts and supports research that helps prevent and treat eye diseases and other disorders of vision.
This research leads to sight-saving treatments, reduces visual impairment and blindness, and improves the quality of life for people
of all ages. NEI-supported research has advanced our knowledge of how the eye functions in health and disease.

The National Parkinson Foundation: to find the cause of and the cure for Parkinson disease through research; to improve the quality of life for both patients and
caregivers with Parkinson Disease. To educate patients, their caregivers, and the general public about Parkinson Disease.

The National Cancer Institute leads a national effort to eliminate the suffering and death due to cancer. Through basic and clinical biomedical
research and training, NCI conducts and supports research that will lead to a future in which we can prevent cancer before
it starts, identify cancers that do develop at the earliest stage, eliminate cancers through innovative treatment
interventions, and biologically control those cancers that we cannot eliminate so they become manageable, chronic diseases.

The National Heart Institute provides leadership for a national program in diseases of the heart, blood vessels, lung, and blood; blood resources;
and sleep disorders. Since October 1997, the NHLBI has also had administrative responsibility for the NIH Woman's Health
Initiative. The Institute plans, conducts, fosters, and supports an integrated and coordinated program of basic research,

The National Institute on Aging leads a national program of research on the biomedical, social, and behavioral aspects of the aging process; the prevention

The National Institute of Arthritis supports research into the causes, treatment, and prevention of arthritis and musculoskeletal and skin diseases,
