First of all, we hope you don’t! We would rather you be pleased and satisfied with your purchases.
That’s why we hope you will take the time you need to think about your product choice. Please feel free to
contact us if you would like to ask us questions or discuss your potential purchase.
If there is the occasion when you prefer to return your product for a refund, we try our best to be sure it is a
win-win situation, leaving both us glad we did business with the other. We are very reasonable and friendly people
and we believe you are, too. So, here are some guidelines to help us both manage the process effectively.
We will accept most products for return and refund within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Of course, there are exceptions,
many of which you will find obvious, we hope. Please see that list below. We expect some of the usual conditions that you are
undoubtedly familiar with by now if you have shopped at other retail stores:
The product must still be in its original packaging and unused. In other words, we have to be able to resell it in order to
give you a refund. You will need the ever-important Return Authorization (RA) number that only we can issue BEFORE you return
the product. Please note: We are not able to refund your purchase on any product that arrives at our location without the
RA number. In fact, it might actually cost you if the product you return has to be shipped by us to another warehouse for
handling. We will charge your credit card the actual costs to us for handling this unauthorized returned product. We reserve
the right to deny refund if, upon inspection of your product when it arrives at our location, it does not satisfy the basic
requirements outlined above. Of course, we will tell you if this is the case. Restocking fees of 20% will be applied to
products over $500. We apply your refund to the same credit card you used for the purchase.
Now, for the exceptions.
Bathroom products, such as toilet seats, commodes, bath benches, transfer seats, shower wheelchairs, that have been opened
cannot be returned unless the item is defective or damaged. We think you can understand why.
Compression stockings, hernia belts, braces and supports, foot care items and anything else that is worn on a person’s body
cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. We cannot resell the items as new, of course. Ask yourself if you would want to
purchase as new something you knew had already been on someone else’s body. Most of all us readily understand why health
and safety reasons prohibit us from reselling this type of item.
Pillows and lotions are also on the non-returnable, non-refundable list.
Wound care, urological and incontinence related products are also not re-sellable, so we cannot take them back.
Reclining lift chairs or other upholstered items, unless damaged upon arrival, may not be returned as there is no way for us
to ensure that the product is unused. Some of the same hygienic reasons we have already mentioned above apply.
If a product arrives damaged or defective, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us immediately at (866) 866-9100.
We will work with you right away to ensure the problem gets solved and make all the necessary arrangements to replace your product.
